By accessing or using WHOIS Lookup ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

The Service is operated by blünek, based in the Czech Republic, European Union.

WHOIS Lookup provides domain WHOIS lookup and DNS intelligence services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Abuse, harass, or harm others using our Service
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

4. API Usage (if applicable)

If you use our API:

• Respect rate limits as documented
• Don't share your API keys with others
• You're responsible for all activity under your API key
• We may revoke access for abuse

We don't guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, blünek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €100 for free users).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless blünek from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
